This Cast Iron Grill Pan is such a versatile tool, and a total kitchen staple. I use one side as a griddle for pancakes, quesadillas, pizzas, eggs (and sometimes, late at night, eggs, bacon and even toast all together–there is nothing like bacon fat drenched eggs, oh my!).
Also, great for Gorditas. These are filled with Rajas and Chicharrón
The flipside is perfect for grilling flat breads and asparagus, or really anything — you name it. It makes doing burgers and Mahi Mahi easy when the weather isn’t good for outdoor grilling. I use this grill pan so often that it basically lives on my stove. It heats up beautifully, and is just great for cooking so many different things.
